Privacy policy

What this site collects about you, why, and what you can ask me to do about it. Last updated 12 October 2026.

Who is responsible

This site belongs to George Chrysochou, an AEO, GEO, and SEO consultant based in Paphos, Cyprus. I am responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach me through LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/chrysochou.

What this site collects

The site has no contact form, no comments, no accounts and no newsletter, so it never asks you for your name or email address.

Like every website, it receives technical data when you visit: your IP address, your browser and device, the page you asked for and the time. Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site, and Hostinger, which hosts it, process this data to serve the pages and to block attacks. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies for the same purpose.

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read, from which kind of device and roughly from which country. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. I use the reports to improve the site and never to identify you.

Why I process it

Serving and protecting the site rests on my legitimate interest in running a secure website. Analytics rests on my legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used. I do not sell your data, and I do not use it for advertising.

How long it is kept

Security and server logs are kept for the short periods Cloudflare and Hostinger set. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see the personal data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its use. Send the request through LinkedIn. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Links to other sites

Links to LinkedIn and to the sources I cite take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
